Direct interactions: You may give us your Identity, Contact, Profile, Financial (Customers only), Marketing and Communications Data by populating your online profile, changing details in Your Account, filling in online forms or by communicating with us. If you are a user who registers online for any training courses or webinars or requests a quote, we will receive your application and personal data associated with it.

IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES

We may collect information about your computer, including (where available) your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and statistical purposes.

We send all new members a welcoming email to verify their username and password. Users also have the choice to subscribe to our newsletters. A user can unsubscribe from the newsletters at any time from both our site and the newsletter itself.

Our client directory and client databases (enquiries) contain personal information as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPI”). JC Auditors does ensure that the 8 conditions for lawful processing are applied for all personal information and special personal information processed in the course of our services and products supplied to customers.
