RTMS is based on implementing structured processes (management system) using the PDCA methodology.

PLAN: Develop policies, procedures, work instructions etc to address each element of the RTMS Standard

DO: Implement these policies, procedures and work instructions

CHECK: Develop and implement monitoring mechanisms

ACT: Implement corrective actions as required

Effective implementation requires defined process/procedures, with historical records of consistent compliance.
